KETT C600 RICE WHITENESS ANALYZER

Kett C600 rice whiteness analyzer; At the end of the process, It’s designed to evaluate the condition of rice in final step. The C600 offers the opportunity to obtain a standard product in better yields by giving degree of processing during and after crop processing . This meter is intended to measure the whiteness, transparency and brightness of the rice .

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

HOW TO MEASURE:

* Place the sample container on a flat surface and engage the sample plate.

* Then locate pouring funnel on top of the sample plate .

* Put rice in the sample cup and start pouring product from the funnel . Fill in the rice fully . .Attention!!! Sample cups are designed only for rice, do not use for other products.

* Remove the pouring funnel and close the cover of sample container tightly . 

(Note: If you follow the steps described above in order, you will have avoided human-sourced measurement errors . If you do not prepare the sample container properly, you will never reach the accurate result.)

* Make sure that the cartridge is in the right direction, insert the cartridge into the device to the end so that there is no space left .

* When you start measuring your machine, you can see how many measurements you have made and the measured value on the screen.

CALIBRATION AND AVERAGING

* If you make 2-9 measurements, you can also get the average of these measurements. Simply press the AVG button on the device for this . After you’ve got the average, earlier measurement values are reset. After all, the first measurement to be made is detected as the first measurement.

* Sensitivity Calibration After a long period of measurement on the machine, it may be necessary to recalibrate the sensitivity settings of the instrument. So you have to check the sensitivity level of the device at certain times. To measure the sensitivity, insert the cartridge (C600-01) into the machine empty and measure in this manner . If the value in the screen does not match with the value on the cartridge, then you need to adjust the sensitivity of your device. For this, press STD while the cartridge is attached to the machine. Sensitivity will be set automatically.
