BUCKET ELEVATORS
Elevator: It is a vertical transport system. It is used to lift the materials from lower floor to the upper floors at the desired capacity .
Elevators are used in different capacities in vertical transportation. They are mainly used in chemistry, food, cereals, pulses and other particle transport systems. They are designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of the product and the outer body is metal. The dimensions of the engine revolution and conveying buckets are determined according to the system data . Production is carried out in tonnages varying from 3 tones to 100 tonnes per hour.
PRODUCTION OF BUCKET ELEVATOR
The elevator top head is made of two parts and all joints bolted for easy dismantling. Top head is made of pulley, pulley shaft, bearing and bearing houses, and engine stand .
Product output is on the top head. Lower head: Pulley, pulley shaft, bearing and bearing houses, and product input and cleaning hatches. The lower part of the elevator is made of two parts and all joints bolted for easy dismantling. The elevator pipes are manufactured from 1.5 mm or 2 mm sheets .
There is a removable cover on the pipe for bucket exchange. Reducer motor is ed according to the capacity and height of the elevators. The adjustable engine stand on the top head allows reducer motor to be connected to the elevator by chain coupling. Optionally, brake-type or brakeless-type reducers are used.

Elevator Belts
Elevator belts are produced as black rubber belt for wet and dry products and white for dry products. Different types of belts can be used depending on the product.
Elevator Buckets
Elevator buckets can be used as hand-made buckets, pressed buckets, plastic buckets or welded buckets according to their sizes. It is necessary to the elevator bucket which is suitable for the product to be transported.
Reducer Motors
Reducer motor is used in relation to the required capacity in accordance with the product specification.
