LABORATORY ROLLER GRINDER MILL

Laboratory type roller mill is used in grinding dampened and not dampened wheats and seperates flour and bran from each other. It is used to analyse wheat, flour, and dough. It is used to classify wheats depending on their protein quality.

GENERAL PROPERTIES OF LABORATORY ROLLER GRINDER MILL:

- Both dampened and undampened wheats can be grinded.Device is used in analysis of wheat, flour and dough.Used in classifying wheats according to quality of their proteins.
- Blender mill provides values before production in flour mills to enable the correct mixture. Flour and bran is retrieved from different chambers at the same time.
-Due to it´s roller grinder system, it does not change the gluten structure of flour and prevents loss of moisture.
- Output percentage is about 60-70% depending on moisture and type of the wheats.
- Since grinding system of laboratory type roller mills are similar to factory roller mills, results of analyzed dampened wheats in both mills are also similar.
- Performs at moisture levels of 15-16% for soft wheats, 16-17% for hard wheats.
- Device has a feeder adjuster. Wheat grinding flow and quality is controlled by this adjuster. During grinding process, inside of the device can be observed, since front body of the device is a glass. Sieve brush on front of the device can be cleaned by portative window. Due to rubber section on the sieve, bran and flour does not mix to each other while sieving.
