ROLLER

Rollers have been manufactured with perfect engineering and labour in addition to the fact that they have enormous power and capacity . We have single-layer and double-layer models. .Feeding curtain is controlled as servo so that flow level of flowing material could be the same  and provide constant feeding . 

ROLLER GEAR LISO AND BREAKER

Liso and breaker gears are used by attaching to the shafts of mill rolls .

Mill rolls are used for wheat crushing process . In the picture above, you can see three different types . It can make wheat crushing up to 25000 tonnes .

TITANIUM MILL ROLLS 

Titanium mill rolls are used for wheat crushing process . In the picture above, you can see three different types . It can make wheat crushing up to 50000 tonnes . In comparison with standard mill rolls; More than%50 increase in working time is stated . This increase not only extends changing time of rolls, but also enables labor force by decreasing maintenance costs significantly . For long term use; surface hardness and material toughness have been escalated . ??
